The industry standard "Design specifications for nitrogen curing and electric heating system in tire plants" HGT22826 has successfully passed the review.

In accordance with the work arrangements in the "Notice on issuing the second batch of industry standard drafting and foreign language edition project plans for 2024" (Document No. 191 of 2024 from the Office of the ministry of industry and information technology), the China petroleum and chemical engineering survey and design association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") serves as the technical coordinating unit, and the Association's rubber specialty committee is responsible for organizing. The main compiling units are Link-Asia. and Qingdao Xiangjian industrial engineering Co.,Ltd, while the participating compiling units jointly participate in the compilation. The review meeting for the industry standard "Design specifications for nitrogen curing and electric heating system in tire plants" HG/T22826 (draft for review) was successfully held in Suzhou on January 17, 2026.

 

Mr. Sun Fubin, the deputy secretary-general and director of the Technology Development Department of the association, presided over the meeting and put forward specific requirements for the review meeting and the subsequent work. Ma Shuanghua, the founder of Link-Asia, represented the organizing unit and delivered a welcome speech, expressing that we would continue to use technological innovation as the engine, work together with colleagues to promote the implementation of the standards, and help the tire industry embark on a new journey towards green and efficient intelligence. Mr. Zheng Yusheng, the group leader, introduced the situation of standard compilation.

 

The leading compiling units completed the relevant phase compilation work according to the schedule. The meeting invited 15 experts from related design institutes, universities, and tire enterprises in the rubber and plastics industry to conduct careful and detailed review, discussion, and questioning of the draft code chapter by chapter and clause by clause. Suggestions for revision were put forward regarding aspects such as tire curing energy consumption indicators, design content of nitrogen curing systems, and safety design requirements. Review opinions were formed, and the draft for review was unanimously approved by the expert panel. The next step involves the compilation group further improving the content of the code based on the review opinions and accelerating the completion of the submission and approval process.

 

The formulation of this specification aims to promote the upgrading, transformation and innovation of the traditional tire curing process. It focuses on implementing energy conservation and emission reduction as well as green manufacturing requirements in the tire production process, conforming to the development direction of the rubber industry. It serves as the design basis for the nitrogen curing and electric heating system in tire plants.
